About Oshea

Hi everybody, I am Oshea and I have been apart of the healthy living movement for sometime now.

In the past 10 years, I’ve been eating, drinking, and using the inaccurate method, consuming useless and pointless ingredients such as sucralose, High Fructose Corn Syrup etc. There was a point in time, that I felt slow and sluggish. Most of the time I felt weak and tired all the time.

Today I am here to steer you and many others in the accurate direction. I went through some trial and errors. I sure as heck learned from my mistakes. Just like Warren Buffet says, “we all learn by mistakes, but it is easier to learn from other people’s mistakes.”

I also ask that if anything I say grabs your attention, I would enjoy talking about health products and if you have anything awesome to say or if you want to share some great ideas about the content I have on my site, please let me know! I enjoy feedback!

Thanks for dropping by and I hope you find what you are looking for!

Best Regards,

  1. Hi Oshea, I try to change my lifestyle in a healthier way the last few months.

I go to the gym 4-5 times per week and I am really careful with my diet.

I cannot wait to learn from your experiences and read your content.

    Wish you all the best!

  2. Hi, Oshea! I’m so glad that I came across your site.

I never really paid attention to what is really in the food and protein shakes etc that I consume. You’ve brought it to my attention that I should be more careful about what I put in my body. I’ve tried in the past to eat all organic food and drinks, but its just too expensive. Do you think its okay just eat/drink organic part of the time or am I just wasting my money?

    • I think you should take time to look at whats more important, your health or money. Sometimes it isn’t always convenient to eat real food all the time. Just like William Wolcott says, “if you eat correctly ninety-five percent of the time, you can “cheat” the other five percent of the time.” Also, you should read “The Metabolic Typing Diet”, by William Wolcott and Trish Fahey. I think you will love it. I hope that helps.
